We are a Not-For-Profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that not only offers behavioral health services but is able to provide Primary Health Care, Prenatal Care, and Dental Care. Our primary office is in Fairfax Oklahoma, with clinics in Hominy, Newkirk, and Ponca City. Our Behavioral Health Services are offered through several Osage and Kay County school systems. Our services are provided only with the consent of the parents or legal guardians and are provided with the utmost concern for confidentiality.
