Fairfax Medical Facilities, Inc., welcomes Lisa Seabridge, LCSW to the Behavioral Health staff. Her home clinic is Ponca City Family Health Center, and serves Hominy Family Health Center once a week. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1994 with a Master of Social Work.
